Howdy, everybody. This first post is here to give you an idea of what we’re about. Have you ever wanted to play guitar like your favorite band? Or maybe you just want to learn as a fun hobby? First and foremost, we are here to offer guitar instructions and/or outside links to sources to help you learn faster, no matter the style! We offer several resources, such as, getting you guitar lessons dvd, rock guitar instructions, we’ll even help you out while you learn guitar chords.

We’ve even got some resources for your kids guitar needs.All through this, we’ll be blogging our own progress as well. We’re not saying we’ve got it all, but we’d like to think that we’re pretty darn close…

First one being that you and your child remember, that guitar instructions for kids work similarly to that for adults. It requires persistance and a love of music. For kids, this is somewhat hard, as there are so many things to distract them for one reason or another, or they get bored very easily and go do something else.

You have to have something that makes it FUN for kids to want to learn. At least, that’s how it was for me when I was a kid. I bet your’s isn’t too much different. So, while you’ve got guitar instructions for kids that are great, if they’re also not fun(which, sometimes, guitar instructions might not be…), it’s still going to be a challenge.

So how do you make learning guitar fun? Simple!

You may it like a game. Make it like a contest. If there’s even the tiniest bit of challenge to it, a child can’t help but be fascinated by whatever he or she is doing. How DARE you say he can’t do 30+ chord changes in a minute? What do you mean you don’t think he can learn Hero of War by Rise Against? You’re insane!

Personally, these guitar instructions for kids happen to be my favorite(and my son’s favorite!). I actually bought this for him for his birthday and he’s been perpetually entertained since. He’s also continually progressed since and I’m getting to be very impressed with what he’s able to do now. Heck, I’d say in a few years he  might even be better than me!

When you get down to it, there is no way to instantly master the guitar, no matter what types of guitar instructions you’ve got. The key when you teach yourself guitar lies with having realistic expectations and in building off of knowledge that you already know. There are a lot of tutorials out there that can really help you out.

If you want to learn to play the guitar easily, then the first step is to find quality instructions. It doesn’t matter in what form. You can take guitar lessons from someone who knows how to play. You can buy DVD guitar instructions. You can even find guitar lessons on the internet.

If you want to learn to play the guitar easily, then an online guitar course may be your best bet. You can learn at your own pace. You don’t have to leave your house to go anywhere. One of the many things we want to do at Guitar Instructions HQ, is help you wade through all the crap. We were once searching for all sorts of guitar instructions, in hopes of learning guitar with the most efficiency, only to find a bunch of useless information. So, we’ve written this article in hopes that you can take from it what you want and learn how to pick out quality guitar instructions.

So, what are a few things we look for when we’re looking for quality guitar instructions? We look for, not only a wide range of topics covered, but we also look for them to be covered in detail. We don’t just look for a set of tabs where they assume you know what to do, nor do we look for them to take a scale and pick it apart 100% and show you every little thing you can do with it.
