Author: Have you ever tried to find guitar instructions for kids, but everything just seems to difficult to figure out for them? Or maybe your son/daughter is interested in the instrument and you’re wondering what to do now? Not to worry at all! There are plenty of solutions for this type of situation.
First one being that you and your child remember, that guitar instructions for kids work similarly to that for adults. It requires persistance and a love of music. For kids, this is somewhat hard, as there are so many things to distract them for one reason or another, or they get bored very easily and go do something else.
You have to have something that makes it FUN for kids to want to learn. At least, that’s how it was for me when I was a kid. I bet your’s isn’t too much different. So, while you’ve got guitar instructions for kids that are great, if they’re also not fun(which, sometimes, guitar instructions might not be…), it’s still going to be a challenge.
So how do you make learning guitar fun? Simple!
You may it like a game. Make it like a contest. If there’s even the tiniest bit of challenge to it, a child can’t help but be fascinated by whatever he or she is doing. How DARE you say he can’t do 30+ chord changes in a minute? What do you mean you don’t think he can learn Hero of War by Rise Against? You’re insane!
Little things like that can make guitar instructions for kids fun.
Now that we’ve got that covered, it’s time to make sure we’ve got some good lessons in the first place!
Personally, these guitar instructions for kids happen to be my favorite(and my son’s favorite!). I actually bought this for him for his birthday and he’s been perpetually entertained since. He’s also continually progressed since and I’m getting to be very impressed with what he’s able to do now. Heck, I’d say in a few years he might even be better than me!
